Benefit of the doubt this is a new seller who didn't put the correct description... booster box was open on almost all sides and packs were jumbled up. Item was listed as new/unopened. Seller at least offered a very large partial refund, so I wont leave a negative.

Unfortunately the seller did not do a good job describing the item and failed to mention that a critical component was unserviceable. Seller offered a discount, but did not indicate an amount or percentage to consider and seemed to be willing to come to a compromise. Seller agreed to have item returned, but after 4 days of a confirmed returned delivery, the seller failed to refund the money on time according to policy. In the end, I asked eBay to step in and resolve the issue by refunding money.
