The item sent me was faulty and I contacted them to explain I was returning the item for a refund They immediately refunded me the full purchase price and said I could keep the product as they did not want me to waste money by returning the faulty item. Suffice as to say I can't use the product as it does not work, but the way they dealt with my issue & refund was both immediate & without question! An amazing Ebay Seller who I would use & recommend!

These shims were not as advertised. They are just flat pieces of wood stamped as if they are .25 .5 and 1 degree shims. Totally useless. Seller offered me a 50% refund at first but later agreed to a full one. Glad they made it right but it was a total waste of time having to order and wait for a proper set to arrive. Buyer beware
