I went from an occassional buyer to a seller in January of 2006. I have 20 years of retail experience and have very good organizational skills which I have found to be useful with an online store. My goal is to satisfy my customers 100%!

I give a shipping discount on multiple purchases. Please wait until your final purchase and use that one to check out. This will insure that your discount will be received. The weight of all items will be combined and you will only be charged one handling fee. This will save you at least $2.00 and usually more. If you do not think that the discount is calculating correctly please request an invoice from me. I ship packages at least every other day. I use Paypal shipping (except for very heavy packages or those requiring a customs form)so you can track your packages and I know when you receive them. Shipping & handling covers the costs of shipping your item, time spent packaging and materials used, as well as frequent trips to the post office so your item arrives as soon as possible. Shipping insurance is optional but suggested. Buyers outside of the United States are responsible for all taxes, tariffs or custom fees that may be incurred.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. I make every attempt to describe items accurately,to give all manufacturer's system requirements on software and to give copyright dates when available. Please do not expect a used item to be brand new out of the box! Please e-mail me with any questions prior to bidding and I will answer to the best of my ability. If there is a problem please contact me so we can resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback! I will happily refund the cost of the purchased item once the item is shipped back to me and I verify that it is the item that was sent. Please repackage item in a similar way, re-using the original packing materials if possible.

Please correspond through ebay's e-mail system. Other correspondence from personal e-mail addresses may go into my spam folder and not be replied to in a timely manner. All e-mails will get a reponse within 24 hours - usually much sooner.

International buyers are responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs or other fees that thier country may charge. First Class International is not insurable or trackable - use at your own risk. Priority International is more expensive but includes insurance and a tracking number.
