Before I was injuried on the job in '03 I worked in sales. I sold air-time for a TV Station. I was also a DJ for locals stations in Texas. I have a strong background in communication/broadcasting. I only accept returns if you purchased insurance. I will refund your money, but you must pay for the shipping. Although I pack the items as securely as I can, insurance is recommended for items. After leaving the post office, the safety of your item is out of my control, and I cannot be responsible for broken, damage or lost items without insurance.
