What everyone should know about me
I believe we were the first seller of Baltimore Ravens tickets and PSLs on eBay. We've been doing it since 1998. We also have the most well-read, number 1 Guide on eBay to purchasing Ravens tickets or PSLs. Please read it before you buy your PSLs!

History/background
We are a small, Baltimore, Maryland, boutique business that originally focused almost exclusively on selling on Baltimore Ravens game tickets and PSLs. As noted elsewhere, I believe that we are the oldest, most well-established Ravens ticket sellers on eBay -- we started in 1998! Most significantly, we STILL have a PERFECT record for promptly and safely delivering our tickets to our customers. Recently we started buying and selling United States coins, too. CHECK OUT OUR FEEDBACK!
Payment policy
We accept PayPal. We also will personally meet with our customers to accept cash or money orders. Who else is willing to do that?
Shipping information
Lots of shipping options. Most of our Ravens customers prefer that we leave their tickets at the Ravens' Will Call window. It is easy and safe (we have NEVER had a problem with Will Call). We will also meet with customers and personally hand them their tickets, too! If our customers want their tickets shipped, we offer overnight (Express) mail or Priority mail service for minimal fees. We do not make money on shipping (we typically LOSE money on it!) and do not pad our prices with handling fees. Sellers who do that are weasels. (Our coin purchasers will usually received their items via priority mail, fully insured and with a delivery confirmation number.)
Return policy
Because we sell tickets and the Ravens do not offer a return policy, I'm afraid that we don't offer returns on ticket purchases. That said, if there is still time before the game, we can TRY to help you re-sell your tickets if you can't use them. As for other purchases (such as coins), we generally will accept returns within 7 days of purchase; but unless an item was inaccurately described, refunds will not include eBay fees or shipping costs.
