Timely shipping however packaging was poor, inner tie rods had to be rethreaded do to damage during shipping. I didn't have time to complain and wait for the unit to be sent back so my Mechanics Garage made the repairs. Item works as it should and as described. Mechanic thinks it was a junkyard unit with lipstick put on it but with a lifetime warranty we will give it a chance

Shipped in a box with no packaging inside and one of the arms sticking out of the end. My mechanic installed the part and the scanner wouldn't connect and steering light flashing. Seller said just super glue it, my mechanic wasn't willing, and they just told me to ship it back. Would not ship a replacement, answer a single question or respond to me ONCE after that. I literally had to buy ANOTHER and pay my mechanic 2x to install. Seller did eventually give me a refund on his part. Thanks.
