needed some parts, but real fast shipping. seller is reasonable and has great communication. would use seller again. hope seller would watch YouTube on how to pack an item for shipping. took about 4 hours to remove the Styrofoam popcorn / peanuts from inside the water softener unit. still 5 stars with price and fast shipping. way to ebay.
