I purchased the Bose that I paid for ! I came damaged , told seller the day I received it, he filed a claim , he says it’s still in review and he won’t reimburse me till UPS PAYS HIM! I’m left holding the bag! I had to surrender the Bose when he started the claim , so he’s got my $80 and if claim is paid he gets another $80 ? Where’s the fairness in that? It looks like an irresponsible seller to me! And he’s just dragging this on with my $80 bucks in his pocket! I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO INTERVE
