Payment policy
We only accept Paypal because this makes Ebay happy, and when Ebay is happy, they leave us alone.
Shipping information
We will gladly consolidate shipping for most items. Once it's out of our hands, we have no control over how the shipper handles it.
Return policy
We don't accept returns. Please take the time to read our auctions thoroughly before purchasing. If there is a problem with the construction of one of our items, we will have to accept a return. But never over buyer's remorse. Ask questions about the size, shade, or color before you buy. Once bought, if the shade is a tad off, we won't accept returns. If you're concerned about the color, under these circumstance, please move along and buy elsewhere. We really hate to have a dissatisfied customer. We rather not have the sale than have an unhappy customer. Thank you.
Customer Service Policy
Needless to say, we take customer service extremely serious. It's the most important aspect of our business, and all one needs do is look at our current feedback to get that impression. So we hope. It's worth mentioning that we do not give feedback for an item once it has been shipped. Service should end with a pleased customer, not shipped package. We personally feel that is not when our job as sellers ends. We make every effort to ensure that our customers have a pleasant and problem free shopping experience with us. If there is a problem we want to know about it. We would like the opportunity to correct any problems that may occur on our end. Only once the transaction is completed, once a customer has expressed satisfaction (hopefully in the form of great feedback), do we consider the transaction has ended and we have yet another pleased customer....only then do we leave feedback.
