What happened to today's customer service? In today's computerized world our society just can't seem to find good, let alone mediocre, customer service. From technology sales, to dept stores, to restaurants. This world has changed so much with technology. The severe lack of training our people in good old customer service is abhorible! My goal is to bring back a little of times gone by, empathetic, customer service! After being in sales for a long time, I want to use the skills I have learned (both buying and selling and day to day living too) and really focus on GREAT (not just mediocre) customer service! You CAN find it here with me, just give me a chance! I want my customers to feel like Royalty. Do unto others. Seems so simple, yet this world is lacking. The sale does NOT end with the sale. I take selling on eBay VERY seriously and devote alot of my time trying to improve every aspect of a sale, and my customers are #1! My philosophy? Follow the Golden Rule!
