The order for this Hitch Tightener arrived quickly, however, the internals of the package seemed violently ravaged and parts were missing. The box should have had the clamp w/ 2 nuts and a plate to form the unit. Only thing that originally came was a plate. The plastic bags were there for nuts and clamp, but not the items. When I informed the merchant he apologized about the shipment and immediately offered and sent another one. High quality service, response, and price. Highly recommend!
