Seller marked the item as shipped, then contacted me a week later saying they didn't have the item and that it was never shipped, WHICH THEY ARE STILL SELLING ON EBAY! Complete scam. Such a hassle getting money back for the product and for the extended warranty. This seller should not be allowed to be on eBay. Also the original listing said shipped from Walnut, CA, then after I purchased it, it said from China.

The product was shipped using the right address and the wrong name I have multiple units here and was unable to find it until I contacted FedEx and found out that it had the wrong name on it then when I hooked it up it had a bad cartridge in it which meant spending another $60 to buy a new cartridge would not recommend this seller other than that the product was okay it came from Walmart
