I dislike people who you pay promptly and honestly for a product, and they fail to send it to you , they have poor customer service, and then they call you poor communicators, but they have your money. That is why I have two negative feedbacks. The Videobarn suckered me! BEWARE of Them! I don't think it's fair of them to be able to leave me negative feedback when they are the ones in the wrong! I am totally honest! Please look at my positive feedback and base your opinion of me on those. If you go to the videobarns feedback you will see the light! NOTE: I did eventually get a refund but won't withdraw my negative feedback when they have cheated so many other people too. This same thing happened with Ruthswedding. I sent her a money order, she cashed it but never sent me my items. She was in Canada, NOT ST.Paul like she put on her auction. BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE (The views and opinions expressed here are based on my own experiences, just hope to save others the same fate.) Thanks
