If there is a manufacturers defect or shipping error, (such as wrong size or color) you must contact us within one day of receiving the item and report the problem to us at MTP@MARYSTRADINGPOST.COM If there is a problem with the item you must return it to us (at your expense) within 5 days of receipt(unused, unaltered, unlaundered, & in the original packaging with all the tags still attached). The item will be inspected. If there is a defect or shipping error, we will send a replacement item free of charge & reinburse the cost of shipping it to us. If there is not a defect or the damage appears to be intentional, the item will be returned to you & you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return it.
