I believe that the seller should give positive feedback, for each item purchased, to a buyer the minute a prompt payment is received by whatever method. I also think that a buyer should give positive feedback when the item is received promptly and checked and is as represented. I also believe that most disputes can be resolved for both parties by good communication. If the buyer hasn't recieved positive feedback from the seller after prompt payment, the buyer is under no obligation to send any feedback. That is just my opinion but I think it is rude for a seller to wait to see what the buyer has to say. I won't do repeat business with any seller that waits for my comments.
