Refurbished?!? By who?!?
When I received it, I was just happy to replace my phone that was on its last leg. What I did not notice immediately, was that the decal or whatever they put on the buttons is so for off to the top, you can only see the primary qwerty and cannot see the numbers/signs you need to text with the shift button on the top 1/2 of the button. They missed the mark. Lesson learned, won't go there again.
