The purchase process with this seller was quick and easy however, the shipping and delivery process was not. The seller shipped the hat quickly but unfortunately, the post office in the seller's area did a poor job of documenting the shipment so it was lost in the Postal system for three weeks. The shipment issues were not the fault of the seller. When contacted, the seller communicated quickly, and I would buy from this seller again.
