We began selling on eBay in 2001. We have since started a business selling on eBay and specialize in electronics, computers and collectables.

We only accept PayPal for payment and all payments must be completed within 48 consecutive hours from the end of the listing. If payment is not completed within this period of time we will not sell the item to you. Having sold but unpaid merchandise sitting around increases our costs which would mean having to pass the costs on to our buyers and prohibit us from offering such low prices.

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation. We suggest Priority Mail for shipping since it is cost effective and quick. We do offer Parcel Post for shipping to help reduce costs but please be aware that this method of shipping can take up to 3 weeks for your item to arrive. During the holiday season all methods of shipping typically take the post office longer to process and deliver.

Please be sure to read our terms and conditions prior to purchase. We do not accept returns, we do not give refunds or offer exchanges or merchandise credits. No refunds, returns or exchanges are accepted. However, if we make an honest mistake (we are people just like you and we are not perfect) we will always do our very best to make it right with you as long as you contact us within 7 days from when you get the system to notify us of any problems.
