Returns will be accepted in most cases if an item is damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt. It is advisable that when your item arrives that you message me so I know you received it and if you intend to return it. Any item returned to me that arrives outside of 7 days without prior notice will not receive a refund without being investigated. I try to list my items as accurately as possible.

Being a craftsman no items will be listed as handcrafted unless I personally know that they were assembled by me or someone I know who personally did the work of crafting the item. As such some items may have certain defects that come from the process of making the item so please take that into consideration.
