Seller's good. Item is not really exactly when I received as advertised in eBay pictures as 3-Prongs. I received is not 3-prongs but 2-prongs type. 3-prongs gives & serves a + safest security protection of power supply charger, laptop & the household fuse box. But I have no idea if seller carries 3-prongs. Seller - instead not worth to return item, seller refunded me, cares & apologize said - "no need return the item Please keep it for free". No complain.
