I'm fair and honest in all my dealings. As long as someone is willing to exchange e-mails I won't leave them negative feedback. I only leave negative feedback to a nonperforming member who refuses to communicate. Performance is much less important.

If you have a problem with my service or with the delivery of any item, let me know via email before you open a dispute. By dispute, I mean any dispute, be it through PayPal or eBay. Allow at least 24 hours before you open a dispute so I can resolve the issue before it becomes public. I usually give a full refund if there's a problem. After all, almost everything I ship is insured. If you open a dispute against me without giving me a chance to resolve the issue first, I'll cancel all of your standing bids on items that haven't closed auction and block you from bidding on or buying any of the items I list in future. Remember, I give a buyer 7 days before I open a dispute, and it seems only fair that a buyer would give me 24 hours before opening one against me. Some buyers are totally unfair in the way they conduct their affairs on eBay. In some cases they don't give enough time to allow a seller to resolve problems before they leave a negative feedback remark. This is wrong.

Only PayPal. PayPal is fast, easy, and provides protection from nonperforming buyers and sellers. Let's face it, anyone without a PayPal account in the modern electronic age, that's still doing business via personal checks sent through the slow and unreliable mail service is way behind the times. This is another reason I insure almost everything I ship for both your protection and mine. If you haven't received a package within 10 days contact me and I'll put in a claim with the United States Postal Service for your refund. If this happens remember to be friendly when you leave a feedback message, because after I ship an item(s) everything is completely out of my hands.
Shipping information
A PayPal account is required for buyers, and a verified PayPal address. I won't ship to an unverified address. I offer generous combined shipping discounts on all of the items I list with the exception of books or larger objects. They always ship as single items. I have very generous combined and discounted shipping offers that include insurance in some cases. Check each listing for eligibility regarding combined and discounted shipping. I usually ship same day of pay or within one business day. For now, I'll ship only to a U.S address, and anywhere in the United States of America.
Return policy
I offer a full money back guarantee regarding authenticity; beyond that there are no returns. Some exceptions will apply under certain circumstances. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping in special cases and must insure the package for my protection as well as his.

If you leave me a negative feedback remark as a permanent stain on my feedback record in an attempt to damage my reputation before you contact me to resolve the issue first, I'll block you from bidding on or buying any of my future listings. With this in mind, it is always better to contact a seller via an email before you act out in anger. If you have a problem allow 24 hours to pass before you decide to hand out a permanent and damaging negative feedback remark. Communication is always the best remedy when it comes to problems or conflicts, not retaliatory or angry behavior.
