Frasypoo is for my dog.He is a Jack Russell named Frasier and I always call him frasypoo with affection and it seemed like a great name !

I use carrier pickup and typically ship within the next business day,I am homebound so I am dependant on people to chauffeur me around so Carrier pickup is heaven sent !! I may say that I ship by Parcel Post but I almost always do it by Priority mail

I dont accept returns,mainly because when I used to people would return items for no reason and it was a hassle since I am not a business house.If there is an error that has been made I do right by the buyer.If I discover a tear or a stain (mostly miniscule)after an auction ends,i would typically give the buyer a choice of a price reduction or a complete refund.I have mailed the items free a few times when I have made an error too.Most times I include free stuff,it may be a t-shirt of the same brand or size.Only 2 people have ever thanked me !!!
