We cannot replace bats because of misuse, chipped or cracked paint due to mishandling such as dropping, etc. We will be happy to replace your Frat Bat if upon upon delivery the bat has been damaged in transit. If this is the case, you must contact us via e-mail or phone within 24-hours. If you do not contact us immediately we cannot guarantee that the damage was done prior to your receiving the bat and therefore we will not be able to replace it. If you receive your Frat Bat and it is not to your specifications at the time of ordering; please contact us as soon as you receive your order. If the invoice that we have on record does not correspond with the bat you have received we will replace it at no additional cost. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Frat Bat you can return it within seven (7) days for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling.
