Supplier was good. However we had a problem with delivery courier. Tried to contact. EVRI to make a formal complaint but found their admin difficult to contact to make a formal complaint. The courier did not deliver to our door but just threw the package over our garden gate onto a pathway ( in pouring rain ). In the past the courier has thrown parcels addressed to our next door neighbour over the gates to our driveway Can you help?
