eBay My World: freemarketeer22( 254)

This is my ebay store, but not official store. I dont do enough business to justify the monthly store charge, so i have a store-ette. I am on here to do some small business in an honest fasion. I deal with all my transactions that way.

I have sold coins, video games, and a few other items. In the past, most of my items have been coins. I have learned in the past to get delivery confirmation on all items i sell and ship. This protects me as well as the buyer, because some people on here dont keep up with what they recieve in the mail as well as others, and you have to have proof of delivery, IF you know what i mean. If you are on here long enough, you're bound to run into some of those people.I did have my own silver ring business for a while over the past year, but have since sold out my inventory.

EVERYTHING, and i have bought a few crazy things too, hehe. I have gotten some great deals on my Starbucks coffee i like as well- (my freezer is full of it).

I have collected coins mainly on Ebay, but only for the silver or gold value, bought from individuals. I DONT LIKE TO COLLECT. Unless its for investment purposes. Got to make a profit, hence, my name, freemarketeer22. Also, i do have a significant number of items that i consume, such as coffee and cigars, ha ha.

yard work and ebay, lol. Oh yes, dont forget TV and video games. I do enjoy a nice drive with a couple of cigars every now and then. I am active at my church, attend weekly, and sometimes weakly.

Pilgrims' Progress, by John Bunyan, not Paul Bunyan, lol. Do magazines count?? I like Popular Science and Popular Mechanics, and any other magazines with engineering/scientific type technology and discovery in them. I like to see where we are headed.

Love good Sci-Fi flicks, such as War of the Worlds (new and old versions), star wars, star trek, Outland, but i also like historical/war movies as well. One movie i have recently discovered and thoroughly enjoy is Master and Commander with Russel Crowe.

Talk radio!!! And pretty much regular radio music stations are fine. Christian, alternative, classics, etc. Nothing too loud and definitely NOT Rap. Most of our cultural music will remain, but i think Rap will have a special place in the trash can of our future.

News, learning, sci-fi, Seinfeld, The Office, and a couple of others.

technically, i am not an Ebay store, qu, but they should allow you to called a store for no monthly charges. stores cost about 16 bucks a month, but what if you dont handle a large volume to justify such fees. Oh no, here we go... Thats right! Its coming out now, i have a thing about fees on Ebay. But who doesnt?? I have run into many people on here who are sick of being fee's for everything. Ebay is becoming like the government and TAXES!! Fees for this and fees for that. OMG, how much $$ can you make off this. And if Ebay had their own shipping company, oh man, they would really be making the $$$$. Thats about the only thing they dont have. Then they could give us multiple fees for that as well. Did you hear that Ebay?? People on here are TIRED of the fees.. I hope i am not being too loud, lol. Okay, i am now off my soapbox. I want my time on here to be full of buying and selling to people of like minds, honest, fair minded, free market lovers.. Thanks

Very little background with my own businesses. I have worked in retail for many years, but i am currently using my degree to work with challenged individual, (not ebayers, lol). I have a BA degree from a small private university in central Texas. I enjoy my current job, but not ALL the time. It can become very stressful at times.

I prefer Paypal, both buying and selling. I do occasionally wait for someone to send me a check in the mail and let it clear before sending them their stuff, and have done the same in the past when buying.

I prefer US only. I have shipped one item to Australia before, but that was it. I do not buy ANY Chinese stuff, especially Tibetan, due to bad experience. You never know what they will end up sending you in the mail, but you can bet its probably, JUNK, lol. I always use delivery confirmation, and occasionally, insurance. Everything is packed carefully and correctly. My exerience with my shipping services here in town is, that they will not accept any poorly packed shipments and will tell me so. This is rather embarrassing to be told to go back home and pack something right, lol. Dont worry, that was a long time ago, when i first got on here. I have ALOT of experience now, and have no problems, just check my feedback.

If I screwed up, i will make it good!! Just be patient with me and whatever shipper i used. I am not on here to rip anyone off or be ripped off, as most of you are the same way. Such is the way of doing business. It pays to be patient and take your time and carry out all transactions to the end, in an appropriate manner.

The feedback i have recieved has been well earned, and i try to keep it that way. The longer i am on here, the more i worry about it. The feedback i have left for others is the same way. I endeavor to keep it positive and more than fair. We all make mistakes, we are only human. I like to give GOOD feedback which includes 5 stars ALL THE WAY, unless the other person was totally unreasonable. The only times i left negative feedback, it was well deserved. I can explain that if you ask me. I do not leave feedback until the transaction is complete and both parties have fulfilled their obligations.

I do enjoy Ebay, i have met a lot of great people on here, who have alot in common with myself. Honest, hard working folks, who want to experience a little of the freemarketing experience for themselves. And for that, i say, Thanks, Ebay..
