I've played drums since 1973 and, since 1985, have been using almost exclusively electronic drums. I record a lot on PC. Also practice mixed martial arts (currently brown belt in Martial Arts United self-defense system).

My only selling history, besides friends and acquaintances, is with ebay. I've found it to be a very rewarding experience, and have met some very nice and interesting people, some of which remain in contact with me on a regular basis.

PayPal Preferred, but will usually accept US Postal Service Money Order or cashier's check.

Estimated shipping weights are as close as possible to actual. If I find that I have made a major error in my favor when I go to ship the item, I will refund the difference. A scan of the USPS shipping receipt will be available upon request. I insist upon using the USPS and on charging insurance because of some problems in the past (with other carriers, not the USPS). I regret that this adds to the cost, but it will be worth it in the event of loss or damage. I do not charge for packing and handling, etc. Every item will be carefully and more than adequately packed to ensure its safe arrival.

All electric/electronic items are guaranteed (unless otherwise noted) to not be DOA, but otherwise are sold as-is, with no guarantee. In the event that a buyer receives an item that is DOA, they must notify me within 3 days of receiving it. At that time, the buyer and I will determine if a return is necessary. If so, it must be returned in its entirety and in the same condition in which it was received. When I receive it and determine that it is DOA, I will immediately refund the full purchase price, and usually the shipping and insurance the buyer originally paid to me. Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. In the case of software, the buyer must determine, before purchasing, that it is compatible with its intended use. This seller is not responsible for determining compatibility with the buyer’s system. Only unopened, factory-sealed software is eligible to be returned for full refund.

Under some circumstances, my email address will be made available to better the speed of communication between buyer and seller. Otherwise, I prefer to go through the ebay channels.

As a seller, I will usually leave positive feedback as soon as the buyer upholds their end of the bargain. As a buyer, I will leave positive feedback every time. So far, I have not had any reason to leave negative feedback, and would only do so to warn others to watch out for a certain seller. I hope to keep my feedback at 100% from both selling and buying with integrity.
