Most of the new and used mobility scooters and power chairs we sell include Free shipping, batteries and warranty. Our showroom/warehouse is located in Sunrise Florida, which is in the Fort Lauderdale area.

We normally ship all small items via Fedex or UPS ground. All large scooters, powerchairs and other heavy items are shipped on a freight truck. Most shipments will include residential delivery and lift gate service.

New items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The new item must be returned in its original packaging with all contents included. We do not accept used items. The customer must repackage and ship the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price, less any ebay fees, the original outbound shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee.
