Get less than you pay for!
Had to Drill out one hole in the seat adjusting plate to get all 4 screws in. The washers for the armrest did not fit in the counter sunk holes. Get ready to rumble! It's a real fight to get the screws in the arms and back started. (even without washers)
AND TO BEAT ALL...ONE OF THE 5 WHEELS WAS MISSING!.
I asked for one replacement wheel. Their response: We track that your package in delivered,do you mean you only received 4 wheels,no other objects?
May I ask if the package arrived damaged?
Would you pls send us some pictures to show all you’ve received ?
We will confirm with factory to provide you proper solution.
