I ship withinn 5 days of purchase if paid by Paypal, or when payment is received by me in the mail. Insurance is offered and recommended if breakables are shipped. I do my best to pack and protect your purchase but have no control over what the Post Office or UPS does with handling your purchase. If you are concerned about safety, it is worth your while to spend the extra $1.35 for the insurance on products under $50.

I accept returns within 1 wk. after the buyer receives the purchase, if returned to me in same conditionn as received. I will refund your purchase price and shipping fee. The return shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer.
