well , like most people I hesitated to buy a refurb unit even at the great price ( 12,000 btu unit ) the remote isn't the same color as the machine , but WHO CARES.. it runs great , these are over 400 retail.. and the fact its refurb is good news,. Youre not gonna get a dead on arrival unit.. Well packed , and had some extra connectors I used to vent the exhaust out of my garage into the attic.. Just go for it , the risk is soo little to save 175 dollars.
