No returns. I give accurate descriptions and package my items very well so they get to my buyers safe and sound. I also mail with delivery confirmation. Most importantly, I treat my buyers how I like to be treated so I have only had one problem with a very unpleasant buyer. I know that most people are decent or at least I need to believe that they are. When I am the buyer, I ask questions first and then I bid and when I win an item, I like to pay instantly.
