My partner in Doll Accessories From Sarah's Attic also owns Little Things Warehouse with about 3000 positive feedbacks. Nancie helps me when I need it and is always there as my trainer too. After working in banking for over 20 years I'm hoping to retire soon giving me more time for this store, my two cats and pup and, of course, my husband. I'm very organized, dependable, thorough, understand good customer service and I enjoy dolls and still have some of my childhood favorites.
Payment policy
I accept payment thru PayPal, mailed Money Order or Cashiers Check. If I receive a personal check from a bank in USA it will be held for clearing two weeks before I ship. A personal check from a foreign country will be returned. Read my 'Business Policy' please.
Shipping information
Yes, I combine orders to save you shipping fees - if you wait for my invoice reflecting discounts. I cannot refund overpayments for shipping and insurance. WE CANNOT COMBINE ORDERS FROM BOTH STORES AS THEY ARE IN DIFFERENT STATES. I must have cleared payment in full before shipping. USPS First Class Mail at cost plus discounted Delivery Confirmation in USA and stamped Proof of Shipping worldwide which includes USA. I charge no handling fee. Insurance is optional with every order. If you do not pay for insurance I cannot refund or replace. Read my 'Business Policy' please.
Return policy
Returns are accepted usually - please email with notification of a return and include copy of invoice. I do not reimburse shipping or insurance fees if you are returning by choice. If return is caused by my error I reimburse all costs including return shipping and insurance. Returns of a multiple part item must include all parts and anything returned must be in same condition as when shipped. If an item is damaged in shipping take to USPS to file a claim. I do not accept returns of books, patterns, items sold as is, or wholesale lots. Read my 'Business Policy' please.
