Pre-purchase, he seller was very responsive and the "contact persons" were just adorable! Delivery: the package arrived in the "early average time"! I live in EU so iso it was not guaranteed. The private delivery chosen by the seller was efficient! I had to pay a lot of shipping costs because I live in the EU, if the seller can improve that , it'll be perfect! That being said without these shipping costs, the price of the dress was great.This seller is just fabulous. I recommend it!

Unfortunately the quoted size was not correct, but still happy with the seller’s communication and willingness to resolve issue by refunding purchase. Shipping was slow due to winter storm. Blame Mother Nature and not seller!
