Don't like the shipping cost of your item? Please, don't take it out on me ... complain to your Postal Service. I add $1.00 to domestic shipping & $2.00 to International Shipping. I do not think this is unreasonable. Do you know how much p-nuts cost? Or bubble-wrap, tape, and on occasion boxes? Let alone the gas to get these supplies and get to the Post Office to mail your package. Anything accidently charged over those amounts HAS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE REFUNDED.

I try to learn all there is to know about the items I choose to list / sell. I feel even if I only know a little on some of my items, that is better than not knowing a thing at all about them. I wish to be able to offer these items to those who otherwise would not have such easy access to them.

I ship your item as soon as possible, with the exception of my Mystery Boxes. Mystery Boxes are personalized to each individual that buys one & on occasion it can take up to two weeks or a bit more for me to get a full grasp on that persons energy, needs, etc.

If I have sent you the wrong item, please by all means return it. Just let me know I sent the wrong item & are returning it. I ask that you put delivery confirmation on the item for its return shipping. I will refund full purchase price, what it cost you to send it back & your original shipping fee. If you have combined shipping (such as into Flat Rate Priority) I will refund you any difference there may be than if you had just paid for the one item you kept to ship. Sometimes it may be cheaper to combine items into a Flat Rate Priority box, than to send each item seperately. On those occasions you would not be entitled to any original shipping costs, just the price of the item & return shipping costs. NO returns just cuz you don't like the item, or for buyers remorse.

I burn incense in the room where I keep the majority of my Ebay items. It is my work-room and I spend alot of time in there on occasion. My kitties are also allowed in there (only when I am in there) to nap or help pack Mystery Boxes (that's Joey-Bean). I am a smoker, but do NOT smoke in my work-room. The door to that room is kept closed at all times when I am not in there, therefore your items should not smell of anything other than incense (unless it is a used item and the previous owner was a smoker). I try to mention that when it is applicable, re; cross-stitch kits, books, etc. I try to recycle packing material when I can, but if it has any kind of odor, it hits the fireplace or recycle bin and I use new fresh packing material. You may also note a smokey smell from my fireplace. I have a house that is almost 100 years old and the only heat source is the fireplace. Please, keep all this in mind when you open your package. I have not had much trouble with this but, ya never know
