I contacted seller, I had an issue with the item. It stopped working once it was introduced to water. I let them know it was not waterproof as described in they're video ad. They at first offered a partial refund and I keep item, or send me a new product. I asked if they had a different item as I wouldn't want another, of the one I bought. Then the person kept calling me dear and then said they would only give me a $5.00 refund. Bad customer service, poor quality product.NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
