Why I Rescue Rabbits...
Rabbits are 3rd most euthanized pet. People buy them on impulse or for their kids without learning about them. They make Great HOUSE RABBITS. They are smart and loving animals who feel love & pain. If trained (as w/ any pet), they use a litter box, do tricks, cuddle on couch...ect. THEY must BE SPAYED/ NEUTERED to prevent cancer and stop over population. Some have lived as long as 16 yrs. Older rabbits are the best to adopt they are past the terrible 2’s and just want a FOREVER loving home. Rabbits are great entertainers! They fun to watch. They do amazing leaps and jumps. They run like lightening through your house. They are very Nibby and prefer to inspect everything that enters the house. They love balls, rattles, and tunnels. Rabbits due need: HAY, HAY, and HAY. Proper diets(no frosted mini wheats although they will do anything for just 1). A rabbit knowledgeable Veterinarian. A safe quiet place. most of all....A forever loving home.
