I own a graphic arts company based out of the 'Tri-City' area (Midland, Bay City, Saginaw) of Michigan. Founded in 1998, I pride myself in being small enough to give you the personal attention you need, but a work ethic that allows me to take on all jobs. My goal is to never have to tell a customer 'No, I can't do that!'

I try to offer a reasonable return policy on all my items, however, especially with the open nature of eBay, I have to restrict it some to what I would prefer. With electronics, I try to stick to a 24 hr notification policy, meaning I want to be notified ASAP that their is a problem, and would like to see the item back to me in 3-4 days if possible. Regardless, I do have your best interest in mind, and am willing to do anything that makes sense to satisfy my customers.
