Full Circle Services became a 501(c)3 Non Profit organization in 2005. To support our programs and services, we sell previously owned office equipment. For many years we did this locally, selling wholesale to resellers. Now we do both local sales and ebay sales. We sold a number of items on ebay in 2007 and established our ebay store in May of 2008. Now we are working hard to build our store by increasing the volume of our sales and expanding our visibility on ebay. We joined ebay Giving Works in July 2009 and continue to expand our store by listing more items each week, as we press onward to become PowerSellers.
These efforts are necessary to support a job training center, which we are preparing to open in 2009.
Payment policy
We accept major credit cards and/or Paypal through our check-out, http://FullCircleServicesUSA.org (near the bottom on the right of that page is the link to our secure check-out page). Call me 512-809-1163 with questions regarding payment. No voice messages & no emails to elderberry, please (I will not receive them).
Shipping information
We only sell/ ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Our primary shipping method is Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery (determined by Fedex when the label is printed).
We do not ship freight; however, for bulk purchases that are over the weight limit for FEDEX Ground, we are ready to discuss the option of the buyer hiring their own freight carrier to pick-up their purchase. Call me with questions regarding using your own freight carrier (before you make your purchase).
Return policy
All Sales are Final. We do not accept returns.

Positive Feedback and Five Star Ratings
Full Circle Services is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and we work very hard 7 days a week to test equipment, post ebay listings, manage this ebay store and process purchases for shipment. My 1st year I learned that only a small percentage of buyers take the time to leave feedback for sellers. This fact alone slows down the expansion process for anyone trying to build an ebay store. The buyers not posting were likely happy with their purchase & not motivated to take the time to log in & post Positive Feedback & Five Stars on the ebay survey. We need the Five Star people to complete the survey, without them the results are inaccurate.
Buyers should score shipping time based on whether the seller complies with the timeline stated in the posting & if yes the score is 5 Stars. Buyers should realize the cost of shipping materials is included in S&H fee.
Positive Feedback & Five Stars are the best way for our customers to show us they support our non-profit organization.
