My Sister's Closet is run by two sisters who offer unique home and garden gifts and accessories along with gently used clothes, shoes, kids' and baby items, and much, much more. Stephanie is an interior and kitchen designer by trade who has seven years experience in finding and designing the best home and garden decor available. Jennifer has been designing and selling floral arrangements, wreaths, and personalized baby items for thirteen years now. After amassing too many closets full of wonderful stuff, the sisters discovered that they either had to move into bigger houses or find a way to clean out some of their treasures. So, the two decided to go into business so that they could continue to collect treasures and not have to move! The name My Sister's Closet came from always being asked where did you find that and always answering my sister's closet.

PayPal is the preferred method! We will also accept money orders, certified checks, and personal checks. With personal checks, we will not ship until the check has cleared the bank.

We normally ship via USPS ground or UPS priority but we will use another shipping method if you need us too - just let us know via email. We also use delivery confirmation and insurance for your protection. If you prefer that we don't use insurance or delivery confirmation, please be advised that we can't be responsible for any package that is lost or damaged during transit. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the auction winner and we guarantee shipment within two days of auction's end. We will make every effort to accurately describe every item that we sell. We also will always make sure that our items are securely packaged and shipped. We will do our absolute best to insure that you know exactly what you are buying and that it reaches you in precisely the condition that it left us in. However, if you recieve an item and there is any problem with it, please let us know. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase or it arrives to you in an unacceptable condition, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of reciept and we will accept your item back and refund your money. While we sincerely hope that you never need to return any item that you buy from us, we are committed to your satisfaction and will do everything we can to work with you until you are satisfied.
