Communication initiated only by me. Had to ask a week after purchase when my item would ship. Seller told me that day but all they did was print a label without taking product to post office until 5 days after initial contact. When I inquired again made some excuse about post office being small and closed. Once package finally di arrive product did not work as told they would and the batteries sent with the radios were useless. I even put batteries in at my work. Still didn't work

radios, work, functional, just not programmed for more than one or two channels and battery condition was unknown. Buyer stated that radios were not programmed. If they did not work how was he able to test them to determine that they were not programmed...???? and as far as the post office, I have no control as to their processing. This is a small office here in Maricopa.. check online.......
