The box said it was a 4” mattress. The mattress was only a 3”. Contacted the seller and they offered to take it back. I explained that the return would be in a larger box than it arrived in since the only way I knew it wasn’t the right product was because I had to take it out of its shrink wrapped packaging and let it fully expand. They gave me a full refund and to keep it. Very conscientious seller!
