G-Squared Collectibles & Hobbies (g2ch on eBay and actually most of the time people just call us g2) is an international vendor of games and accessories based in Columbus, Ohio and licensed by the State of Ohio as a mail order operation. We carry board games, war games, roleplaying games, dice and other hobby interests. Usually we sell new games, but we do purchase previously owned games from time to time and list these as well. The items we post are guaranteed to be in stock. We only list what we have in our hands right now. We have offered quality customer service and safe shipping to our customers worldwide since 2003. Buyer pays all cost associated with shipping, this includes carrier cost, handling fee, insurance cost, and any customs duties or taxes associated with receiving the item. We ship Monday through Friday. Shipment will be made within 1 business day of receiving payment or, in the event of a Postal holiday, the first day that the Post Office is available for business after receipt. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from g2ch, you may return it in its original resalable condition within 30 days for a refund of the item cost in money or store credit (your choice) minus a 20 percent restocking fee. We believe strongly that you should not have to place an order for an item you want only to find out that the item is not really available. We do combine shipping! Since the items we carry vary in size from individual dice to some very hefty game boxes though, we need to do this manually. When ordering from different item pages, the real trick to getting a correct shipping price is to not pay immediately for the order. Instead, request an invoice through eBay and we will then get you a corrected invoice. When ordering multiple quantities of the same item from the same page, the shipping will calculate correctly. Order with a quantity of items or a single item from a single page, the amount due can be paid immediately. If you would like a combined shipping quote, send us an email with a list of item numbers, quantities, and your shipping location. We will put together the order, calculate the weight, figure the shipping costs based on the actual rates, and then send you a shipping quote. If you feel comfortable placing the order first and then sending us a request for invoice, then we can do it that way also.
