I've been using Ebay casually for a few years now and think I am doing pretty well at navigating the site.I try my best to stay organized and on top of my bidding and selling, and I have been good about it. SMS text reminders help as well as regularly checking my email. Being a mom keeps me busy, but I haven't forgotten about any transactions because I know how important they are to buyers and sellers alike (including myself on the buying and selling ends, too).

I think Paypal is the easiest and safest way to make transactions.

I ship quickly from Texas. I usually use USPS, and they have never let me down. I can add/change shipping methods if someone would prefer something else. I can also add insurance just in case. Even though it has never been needed, it could help protect big ticket or fragile items during transit.

I am pretty good about answering emails promptly since I check it multiple times a day when I have something up for sale.
