I might even send you a picture of what you gave up. The second scenario, albeit an unlikely one, is that you received the wrong item or you received the correct item, but it doesn’t quite agree with my description. You want to return it. So be it. Within 2 days of your having received the item, let me know about the problem and you may send it back (again, within the 7 days of your getting the item). I’ll refund you the item’s purchase price and both the initial and return shipping costs. This time you won’t be getting a picture.

I actually like to pack things for shipping and take it as a point of pride that my packages are able to withstand the terrors of their time in transit; however, if you really, really love what you bought and it’s fragile, you may want to purchase shipping insurance. If you decide not to purchase shipping insurance and your package is lost in the mail or damaged during shipping, I don’t issue refunds. You do have the option of refusing delivery of a damaged package -- then it’s USPS’s responsibility. Insurance is surprisingly inexpensive.
