A Let Down
2 of 4 found this helpful Like many others, I saw him on Dr. Oz, ran out & bought the book. All 3 of us in my household have been trying this diet for over a month now, no one has lost any significant weight. Very difficult to follow for anyone who has a life other than documenting their weight loss experiments. All of us got discouraged within a couple of weeks, because it's easy to forget to do your squats or drink your grapefruit juice on the binge day, not to mention other things to do... I'm going back to my old standby, the much easier to handle Atkins Diet.
