It was well packaged, and took 2 adults to remove from pallet and assemble. The 2 of us were able to set it up in a couple of hours. The instructions were clear and straightforward. Everything works as advertised. Once the sauna heats up you will be sweating bullets in minutes. I would highly recommend!
