We will only provide feedback to a seller that provides a buyer with feedback that is based on:
Prompt receipt of payment and
prompt and professional communication.
Feedback will not be provided to sellers that do not provide feedback first. We expect sellers to provide feedback after we make the payment - not after we give feedback.
In our opinion, sellers that only provide feedback when feedback is received have an unfair advantage to retaliate if a buyer is not pleased with the product or service, and this puts the buyer's online reputation at risk. It does not create an environment for buyers to provide honest feedback, and ultimately makes a farce of the feedback system.
If we am unsatisfied with a product we have received from an E-bay seller, which happens very rarely, we will always attempt to contact a seller first to work out a solution prior to leaving negative feedback.
