My name is Joan, and I'm a charmaniac. I sell vintage charms because I adore them and because it's how I get to meet charm collectors, who are an amazing bunch of people. We share our charmania in eBay's vintage charm group, which I founded in 2003.

I've been selling vintage charms on eBay since 2000, sharing my extras and offering charms I source from all over the world. My specialty is the scarce and unusual, but I value any charm that tells a story or holds a memory or is just plain pretty, as long as it's of good quality (no matter how humble the material). Any charm I offer is something I'm genuinely enthusiastic about, or I wouldn't be selling it. My listings are a hype-free zone: I take great pains to describe what I'm selling accurately and to disclose any flaws. What I don't know I research, and when I'm not sure of the answer I tell you that. I want to see you build a bracelet (or two or three or . . . ) that is genuinely meaningful to you, that speaks of your history and your dreams, no matter where you find the charms. My aim is to provide you with not just the best charms but the best service and the best buying experience. I'm in this for the long haul and want you to be in it with me.

You pay a flat s/h/i rate for everything paid for in a single payment; if you buy ten charms it will cost you no more than one will. I accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks from US bidders, PayPal or CanadaPost money orders from international bidders. If there's another payment method you want to use (for example, an international money order), please check with me, and I'll accommodate you if I can. Payment is due in seven days.

Within the US I ship first class with delivery confirmation and insurance; for international purchases I ship by insured air letter post. I'll gladly upgrade your package to a priority or express mail service on request if you pay the additional postage. I always ship within 48 hours of cleared payment except on weekends and holidays, often within 24 hours.

I stand behind everything I sell and guarantee it to be as described. In the event that I make a mistake (I'm human), you'll never be penalized for my error, but please contact me promptly and be prepared to return the item in the condition in which you received it.
