One of the worst customer services for what is suppose to be top of theline
5 of 8 found this helpful The phone is suppose to be top of the line, but with sprint service and the phones poor radio reception, This phone is Awful! Just look up the problems with the phone, "Loss of Signal", "Phone crashing", "No reception". They finally came out with ICS update and sent that via wifi, almost half the phones started crashing, the battery life because even more horrible. My apps keep crashing, mostly facebook and skyfire or any other internet browser I've tried to use. Definitely don't go with this phone 1st if you don't live in a large city where every area has excellent reception (adequate radio towers) and 2nd if you have a choice of another dual core phone. Its just luck of the apples with this phone and if you get a bad one, It's more than likely a problem they won't address or even try to fix. Just look up all the reviews on google.
