Likewise the famous Dutch painter and my relative Jopie Huisman I'm well known in my native country for my highly detailed works of art. My paintings are realist works of surroundings and everyday situations people encounter in modern city landscapes. I've studied painting and fine art at the School of Arts Minerva in the Netherlands, specializing in meticulous form drawing and realistic painting. I've been painting professionally fulltime since my graduation in 2001 and exhibited all over my native country and abroad. Paintings for example were shown in New York, Amsterdam and Florence and are collected worldwide, incliding the permanent collection of the Fries Museum.

The paintings are ready to go. You can expect it within a week to 10 days after the auction ends. You will receive the painting safely packaged and ready to frame or simply displayed on a small easel. I ship worldwide using our national postal service TNT. Despite their explosive name they're very safe. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the painting and which country you come from. Generally speaking shipping costs are 35 dollars or lower.
